By purchasing or using any service on NonVoip.com, you agree to this Refund Policy.


1. Information We Collect

When you create an account or use our service, we may collect:

  • Email address
  • Username
  • IP address
  • Payment transaction ID (no payment card stored)
  • SMS message content only temporarily to display to you

We do not collect your personal phone number.

1. All Sales Are Final

All payments made on NonVoip.com are final and non-refundable.

2. Deposit is Non-Refundable

When you add funds (Deposit) to your NonVoip wallet, that deposit cannot be withdrawn or refunded under any circumstances.

  • Deposits do not convert back to bank, card, crypto, or external accounts.
  • Wallet balance can only be used inside NonVoip.com to purchase services.

If you do not agree, do not deposit funds.

3. Automatic Wallet Credit (If No SMS is Received)

If a rented number does not receive any SMS or the session expires,
the cost of that number is automatically credited back to your NonVoip wallet balance.
This is store credit, not a refund.

  • Wallet credit cannot be withdrawn
  • Wallet credit may only be used to purchase more numbers on NonVoip.com
4. First SMS Received = Successful Delivery

If at least one SMS is received, the service is considered successfully delivered, regardless of:

  • Whether verification succeeds or fails
  • Whether the code was usable or expired
  • Whether you used the message or not

No wallet credit or refund will be issued after the first SMS.

5. Abuse, Fraud, or Suspicious Activity

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Fraud, scamming, phishing, spam, or illegal actions
  • Creating multiple or fake accounts
  • Attempting to exploit the auto-credit system
  • Filing false disputes or repeated claims
If abuse is detected:
  • Your account will be permanently banned
  • Your wallet balance will be forfeited
  • No warning, explanation, or appeal will be provided

This decision is final.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you open a chargeback or payment dispute:

  • Your account will be permanently suspended
  • Your remaining wallet balance will be removed
  • Fraud evidence may be submitted to the payment processor
7. Payment Processing

Payments are handled by third-party processors (including crypto gateways).
Crypto transactions are irreversible, and cannot be refunded or reversed by NonVoip.com.
